Butter Chicken Nachos take crispy tortilla chips and smother them in rich, spiced Tully’z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce. Topped with fresh veggies and melted cheese, this dish is the perfect fusion of Indian and Mexican flavours!

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
- 200g tortilla chip1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream or Greek yoghurt (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the diced onion, tomatoes, and green pepper for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the Tully’z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a baking dish and pour the butter chicken mixture evenly over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with sour cream or Greek yoghurt on the side.
