Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
  • 400g sausages (pork, chicken, or plant-based), sliced into 2 cm pieces
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausages and cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in the entire jar of Tully’z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce and mix well.
  5. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
  6. Stir in the baby spinach and cook for another minute until wilted. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
