Butter Chicken Pumpkin & Pea Curry combines the rich, creamy taste of Tully’z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce with tender pumpkin and sweet peas. This easy and satisfying dish is perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
- 500g pumpkin, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the pumpkin cubes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden.
- Pour in the entire jar of Tully’z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce and stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the pumpkin to soften.
- Stir in the green peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mix in the freshly chopped coriander, and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
