Coconut Masala Chicken Biryani is a deliciously spiced dish made with tender chicken, fragrant rice, and the bold flavours of Tully’z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce. This easy and flavour-packed meal is perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce
- 2 cups basmati rice, cooked
- 300g chicken breast or thigh, diced
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- ¼ cup unsalted cashews (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and cook until soft and golden.
- Add the diced chicken and pan-fry until fully cooked.
- Stir in the entire jar of Tully’z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce and green peas, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked basmati rice and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander and cashews.
- Serve hot with Greek or coconut yoghurt and a squeeze of lime.
