Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
  • 500g chicken, cauliflower, or tofu (diced into 2cm pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken (or tofu/cauliflower) and cook until done.
  • Mix in the entire jar of Tully’z All-Natural Tikka Masala Curry Sauce along with the yoghurt and honey. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti. Dinner done!
