Ingredients:

1 jar of Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce
- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse the red lentils under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Warm the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the lentils and sauté for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour in the Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce and vegetable stock.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
