- 1 large cauliflower, trimmed and washed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh coriander, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Brush the cauliflower all over with olive oil and place it on a baking tray.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then remove it from the oven.
