Ingredients:

1 jar of Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce
- 500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Warm the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and sauté until lightly browned on all sides.
- Stir in the cauliflower florets and cook for another 3–5 minutes.
- Pour in the Coconut Masala Curry Sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cauliflower is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
