- 500g (approximately 5) sausages or plant-based sausages
- 5 hot dog rolls
- 1 cup sliced pickled onions
- 1½ cups baby tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves (about 10–12), chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the sausages according to packet instructions and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the sliced pickled onions, chopped mint, baby tomatoes, maple syrup, and salt to taste. This is your Bollywood Salsa.
- Place a cooked sausage in each hot dog roll.
