Ingredients

1 jar of Tully'z Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
- 500g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), chicken, or tofu (cut into 2 cm cubes)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the paneer, chicken, or tofu and pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
- Stir in the entire jar of Tully’z Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, along with the peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
- Remove from heat and mix in the freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
