Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
  • 500g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), chicken, or tofu (cut into 2 cm cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the paneer, chicken, or tofu and pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the entire jar of Tully’z Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, along with the peanut butter and maple syrup.
  4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the freshly chopped coriander.
  6. Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
