- 2 cups mixed beans (kidney, black, pinto, etc.), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced bell pepper (any colour)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Warm Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed beans, bell pepper, and onion, stirring well.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the vegetables soften and the flavours meld.
- Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla and roll into a burrito.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander if desired.
