- 400g tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 4 large tortillas
- Fresh coriander, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Warm the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tofu and sauté until lightly browned on all sides.
- Stir in the Butter Chicken Curry Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- If using rice, warm it separately according to package instructions.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each with the tofu mixture (and rice if desired).
