Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
  • 500g chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (optional)
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
  • Steamed basmati rice or naan for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
