Butter Chicken Pizza takes all the rich, creamy flavours of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce and pairs them with melty cheese, crispy pizza crust, and a drizzle of spicy mayo. Whether you use chicken or tofu, this dish is a flavour-packed fusion that’s ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
  • 250g chicken or tofu pieces
  • 1 cup (120g) almond feta or Greek feta
  • ½ cup (60g) mozzarella cheese or plant-based cheese
  • 2 pizza bases (store-bought)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Mayonnaise or spicy mayonnaise (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, ¼ of the jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce, and the chicken or tofu pieces.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the marinated chicken/tofu, and bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Spread an even layer of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce over each pizza base and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the cooked chicken/tofu pieces and crumbled feta on top.
  6. Bake the pizzas at 180ºC for another 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Once out of the oven, drizzle with spicy mayo and serve hot.
