Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce
  • 1 whole cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup (200g) cooking cream or coconut cream
  • 1½ cups (300g) mozzarella cheese or plant-based mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Grease an oven-proof baking dish with olive oil and arrange the cauliflower florets inside.
  3. Pour in the Tully’z All-Natural Korma Curry Sauce and sprinkle with fresh coriander, stirring to coat.
  4. Pour over the cooking cream, then top with an even layer of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  6. Garnish with extra fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.\
