Cheesy Cauliflower Bake combines tender cauliflower with creamy Tully'z All-Natural Korma Curry Sauce and melty cheese for a deliciously comforting dish. Whether served as a main or a side, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Tully'z Coconut Masala Curry Sauce
- 1 whole cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup (200g) cooking cream or coconut cream
- 1½ cups (300g) mozzarella cheese or plant-based mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Grease an oven-proof baking dish with olive oil and arrange the cauliflower florets inside.
- Pour in the Tully’z All-Natural Korma Curry Sauce and sprinkle with fresh coriander, stirring to coat.
- Pour over the cooking cream, then top with an even layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Garnish with extra fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.\
