- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish
- Fresh tomato, chopped, for garnish
Recipe Instructions:
- Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
