1 jar of Tully'z Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
- 375g spaghetti (uncooked)
- 400g raw meatballs or falafels (store-bought)
- ½ cup Greek feta or almond feta, crumbled
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup freshly chopped coriander for garnish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs or falafels and pan-fry until fully cooked.
- Pour in the entire jar of Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and mix in the cooked spaghetti and fresh coriander.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled feta and parmesan cheese.
