  • 375g spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 400g raw meatballs or falafels (store-bought)
  • ½ cup Greek feta or almond feta, crumbled
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped coriander for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the meatballs or falafels and pan-fry until fully cooked.
  4. Pour in the entire jar of Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and mix in the cooked spaghetti and fresh coriander.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crumbled feta and parmesan cheese.
