- 1 Jar Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
- 600g PUMPKIN (cut in 3 cm cubes)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large and deep non-stick frying pan.
- Add pumpkin and cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until golden.
- Add in the whole jar of Tully’s All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pumpkin is cooked to your liking.
- Open lid and stir in the sour cream and fresh coriander, serve hot with naan, rice, or roti, and Boom-Shaka- Laka..Dinner done!
