Sausage Tikka Masala – A Spiced & Satisfying Meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
  • 500g chorizo sausages or plant-based sausages, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney (or swap with apricot preserve or jam)
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced sausages and pan-fry until fully cooked.
  3. Pour in the Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce and mango chutney, stirring to coat the sausages.
  4. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove the lid and stir through fresh coriander.
  6. Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
