Sausage Tikka Masala is the perfect way to elevate classic sausages by simmering them in a rich, spiced curry sauce. Whether you use chorizo or a plant-based alternative, this dish is packed with flavour and comes together in minutes.
Ingredients:

1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 500g chorizo sausages or plant-based sausages, cut into 3 cm pieces
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney (or swap with apricot preserve or jam)
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced sausages and pan-fry until fully cooked.
- Pour in the Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce and mango chutney, stirring to coat the sausages.
- Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove the lid and stir through fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
